Scheduling

Booking pages, event types, and availability — built in.

|

Scheduling gives you Starlight-hosted booking pages so prospects can book time with you directly — no separate scheduling tool needed. Booked meetings land on your Calendar automatically.

The Four Tabs

TabWhat it does
Event typesThe kinds of meetings people can book — duration, video platform, and description
AvailabilityYour weekly hours, timezone, and date-specific overrides
BookingsEvery meeting booked through your pages
Page settingsYour public booking page URL and branding

Event Types

Starlight starts you with a few common event types (intro, discovery, follow-up). For each one you can set:

  • Duration — 15, 30, or however long the meeting needs
  • Location — Google Meet, Zoom, phone, or in person
  • Active toggle — pause an event type without deleting it

Each event type gets its own link (like /book/your-name/intro-meeting), and Copy main page gives you one link listing all your active event types.

Booking Limits

Each event type's Booking limits tab controls how packed your calendar can get:

  • Minimum notice and future limit — how soon and how far out people can book
  • Buffers — breathing room before and after each meeting
  • Max bookings per day / per week — once an event type hits its cap, its remaining slots that day (or Mon–Sun week) disappear from your booking page automatically

Availability

Set your weekly working hours per day, add multiple time ranges, and create date overrides for holidays or travel. Prospects only ever see slots inside your availability that aren't already taken on your connected calendar.

No-Shows and Rebooking

When a meeting is in the past, its row in the Bookings tab gets a Mark no-show action. Marking a no-show (or a prospect cancelling through their link) sends you a notification and adds the contact to a Meeting fell through section on your Tasks page, so you can send a quick note and rebook while the conversation is still warm. The prospect is never emailed when you mark a no-show.

Embedding on Your Website

Page settings includes an embed snippet for each active event type — paste the iframe into your own site and visitors can pick a time and book without leaving your page.

Page Settings

This is where you control what invitees see on your public booking page:

  • URL slug — the address of your page, like /book/your-name
  • Logo — upload your own logo (PNG, JPG, or WebP, up to 5MB). If you don't upload one, Starlight falls back to your company's favicon.
  • Page title, job title, and bio — the name and short intro shown beside your photo
  • Timezone — the timezone your availability is defined in

Booking pages automatically match each invitee's system appearance — visitors in dark mode see a dark page, everyone else sees light. There's nothing to configure.

Tip

Share your booking link in outreach or let Starlight's Inbox offer it when a prospect wants to find time.
